3radical

3radical is a consumer data acquisition and audience engagement provider operating out of Bristol, Chicago, Singapore and Melbourne. 

To support a sophisticated content marketing strategy, we collaborated with subject matter experts and industry leaders to create engaging content that resonated with 3radical’s prospects and existing clients.

This required a deep understanding of buyer personas and the key issues of interest to professionals in marketing and data.

Key topics included the impact of increasing data regulation and the need for companies to ‘earn’ customer information, with 3radical enabling this process. We also explored the importance of motivational science in effectively reaching and influencing audiences, with a particular focus on gamification—a core strength of 3radical's Voco platform.

In addition to being used in inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, the content was repurposed as contributed articles and featured in marketing publications. The result was compelling content that attracted the intended audiences, aligned with our messaging, and successfully captured readers' attention.

Gelato

Gelato, a Norwegian unicorn, is the world’s largest on-demand production platform for customised items. The software company enables personalised print products — from apparel to photobooks — to be produced locally across 32 countries worldwide.

Initially brought in to handle media relations, we quickly secured opportunities in high-profile outlets such as BBC Business News, Monocle, and Forbes. Our remit then expanded to include messaging consultancy and content creation. In addition to developing text materials for lead generation and nurturing, we visited Gelato users across Europe, building a collection of video case studies through user interviews and supporting footage.

We were proud to play a part in the rise of this innovative start-up, now valued at $1.05bn!

The Jadu platform is the backbone of accessible, responsive, and award-winning websites worldwide. As a market leader in Local Government and Higher Education software, Jadu also offers award-winning digital design services.

Initially brought in to manage Media Relations, we soon became integral to every aspect of Jadu's PR, marketing, and communication efforts. Red Five Comms founder, Austin Brailey, even served as Jadu's Head of Marketing and Communications during a period of sabbatical cover.

Red Five Comms supported customer and internal communications, provided content generation services—including case studies, webinars, and podcasts—contributed to event support, drove lead generation and nurture campaigns, played a key role in launching Jadu's new website, spearheaded collaborative campaigns with partners, and much more.
